- How to request disclosure
- Contact page to request disclosure of the information required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Requests can be made with sufficient time before applying, and the information will be provided without delay.
- Ticket price

- Bank transfer fees are the purchaser’s responsibility.

- After applying, an automated email will provide the bank account details and payment deadline. The deadline will be stated in that email.
- Reservation confirmation
- The reservation is confirmed when the application form is submitted. Please transfer the payment by the deadline.
- Ticket delivery
- Tickets will be sent after payment is confirmed. Please check each event page for the event date, time and venue.
- Application period and ticket availability
- Any application period or ticket quantity limits will be shown on the relevant event page.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellations or refunds requested by the purchaser after payment are not accepted.
- If the organizer cancels the event, the ticket price will be refunded.
- Bank transfer fees charged when making the payment are non-refundable.
